I needed several issues addressed on my 2020 Equinox and needed them repaired in a timely manner as I was heading to SC. Bob Grimm's service staff diagnosed my vehicle in and repaired in in the limited amount of time I needed it completed.

Everything with our repair was handled professionally and in a timely manner. It was a relief to find out that the issue was one that GM was aware of and was handled at no cost to us.

The representative did am excellent job.

The problem was not resolved, My gas gauge doesn't work now and I have damage to my running board. When I left with my truck, the seat and steering wheel position were changed and the heating controls were turned up to maximum. I'll be calling after the weather breaks.

Pretty quick service for an oil change and tire rotation and change all the filters. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a nice clean waiting room with fresh popcorn and coffee and a vending machine.

I went for an oil change, tire rotation, and an inspection. The work was done in a timely manner. I was recognized and warmly greeted as soon as I arrived. Max, the associate, I dealt with very polite, attentive, and friendly. He took extra time and effort to review each item that was evaluated on my vehicle, and applied a coupon I brought in. It's also nice to know that I can always ask Dan Veatch questions, and he is very willing to help. In summary, I am very happy with the service department.

Would never take a vehicle here for any more than an oil change. They tried to charge me almost $400 to diagnose and replace a $35 relay that would take literally less than 5 minutes to replace. They charged me a higher diagnostic fee because my truck is a diesel even though this particular issue had nothing to do with the diesel engine part of the vehicle. I asked them to reduce the diagnostic fee, instead they said they would reduce the total cost of the repair if I went ahead and had them do it. Basically trying to bait me into making the repair that I myself could make for the cost of the relay. All of this tool over a week to negotiate, and I had to check in with the service writer instead of the other way around. Terrible, terrible customer service. I am in the same line of work on the construction side and would never try to rip off one of my customers like this. I bought my truck brand new at this dealership thinking I would get better service but I was definitely wrong!

Quick repair and great customer service!

The new service process from online scheduling to check-in to checkout was very good! All questions were answered quickly, Corvette was handled with great care, and checkout was excellent. I totally forgot about my GM Rewards which the service advisor suggested options and asked if I wanted to apply to today's service. Perfect experience!

My EV Bolt was serviced with real professionalism. The car was checked in and the service was timely. All was completed within the time suggested, the price was right and the care taken while checking me out was the best.

Routine oil change, lube, tire rotation and all points inspection. They got to my vehicle right away. Gave me a report on what they found. All is good.

The four individuals who helped make the purchase were all professional and friendly as we navigated all the issues going into buying a vehicle. Adam was the salesman who made the sale work and should be commended for the way he handled the entire process.

My husband told me he just showed up with out making an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Even though they were very busy, they were able to work him in! He was very thankful especially since he had driven from Bloomington. The next time he will make an appointment.

My advisor was great and communicated very well. The idea that your dept charges $890 for spark plugs, when Lighthouse GM in the same town charges $490 is a rip off if I have ever seen one. My vehicle has run poorly since I bought it from you and I have brought it to your attention several times. You want loyalty, but only want it in one direction. I am disappointed that my $30K vehicle runs poorly and still jumps when accelerating at cold start. Sad.

I really was disappointed that I could not get a loaner car while my car was in the repair shop for 2 weeks after being a loyal customer for over 50 years. This was a real inconvenience. The repair on the car was great and mechanics very nice.

Everyone was very nice. Clean facility to sit and wait when I had to come back. I was a little upset it took two visits to get it completed because of having to order the part. I had taken it to a place local to me who told me what was needed. So when I called service to make the appt, I told them the error and what it was, it was a recall. They said they were familiar, but still didn't order the part until my car came in. Two weeks for the appt, and then another two weeks before it could get in once the part arrived. One month seems excessive knowing that we knew the issue before I arrived the first time.

I have found that all employees at Bob Grimm Chevrolet in Morton IL are friendly, treat you with respect, and go above and beyond to help you!
