My wife is very ill and I'm her caregiver, I had a small issue with my Colorado and I contacted the service department and explained my situation and asked if someone could possibly come to my home and pick up my vehicle and get it repaired. They were very accommodating and arrived on my designated day and time picked up my vehicle and while it was at the dealership they also fix a recall for me. Returning my Colorado to my home later that afternoon. I could not thank you enough. Great customer service. Thank you very much for your understanding.

I greatly appreciated the ability to get in right away on something that was urgent for me. That said, the $150 diagnostic fee and $85 labor charge seemed egregious for changing out a battery.

I arrived a little earlyy the y helped me connect my new phone to the car and then serviced . Done in less than an hour.

Not just this experience but every experience that I’ve had with Bob Grim has been pretty amazing right down to when I purchased my truck. They made sure that I had exactly what I needed for the work that my fiancé’s business is doing. Anytime that I’ve needed service on my truck. They’ve been able to either fit me in the same day or schedule an appointment shortly thereafter the people that I’ve worked with have always been very informative and didn’t try selling me stuff that I didn’t need. They’ve always been very customer, friendly and very knowledgeable about their job. All in all I would give them a 10 out of 10 on customer service, product, and the family friendly environment while either waiting on your service or even if you decide to have them take you home while they’re working on your vehicle and come back and pick you up to return you to the dealership outstanding business to work with.

Nick was friendly and not pushy at all. He was also very polite and patient with all my questions.

They made a thourgh exam of the vehicle and pulled maintenance and fix a minor problem with the tire inflater signal and I was on my way.

I needed several issues addressed on my 2020 Equinox and needed them repaired in a timely manner as I was heading to SC. Bob Grimm's service staff diagnosed my vehicle in and repaired in in the limited amount of time I needed it completed.

Pretty quick service for an oil change and tire rotation and change all the filters. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a nice clean waiting room with fresh popcorn and coffee and a vending machine.

I went for an oil change, tire rotation, and an inspection. The work was done in a timely manner. I was recognized and warmly greeted as soon as I arrived. Max, the associate, I dealt with very polite, attentive, and friendly. He took extra time and effort to review each item that was evaluated on my vehicle, and applied a coupon I brought in. It's also nice to know that I can always ask Dan Veatch questions, and he is very willing to help. In summary, I am very happy with the service department.

I scheduled for express lane oil change a week in advance and when i arrived my vehicle went across the street for just an oil change.

I think you can do better.

Would never take a vehicle here for any more than an oil change. They tried to charge me almost $400 to diagnose and replace a $35 relay that would take literally less than 5 minutes to replace. They charged me a higher diagnostic fee because my truck is a diesel even though this particular issue had nothing to do with the diesel engine part of the vehicle. I asked them to reduce the diagnostic fee, instead they said they would reduce the total cost of the repair if I went ahead and had them do it. Basically trying to bait me into making the repair that I myself could make for the cost of the relay. All of this tool over a week to negotiate, and I had to check in with the service writer instead of the other way around. Terrible, terrible customer service. I am in the same line of work on the construction side and would never try to rip off one of my customers like this. I bought my truck brand new at this dealership thinking I would get better service but I was definitely wrong!

The problem was not resolved, My gas gauge doesn't work now and I have damage to my running board. When I left with my truck, the seat and steering wheel position were changed and the heating controls were turned up to maximum. I'll be calling after the weather breaks.

I really was disappointed that I could not get a loaner car while my car was in the repair shop for 2 weeks after being a loyal customer for over 50 years. This was a real inconvenience. The repair on the car was great and mechanics very nice.

My advisor was great and communicated very well. The idea that your dept charges $890 for spark plugs, when Lighthouse GM in the same town charges $490 is a rip off if I have ever seen one. My vehicle has run poorly since I bought it from you and I have brought it to your attention several times. You want loyalty, but only want it in one direction. I am disappointed that my $30K vehicle runs poorly and still jumps when accelerating at cold start. Sad.
